2010 Rental Season: May 28 - September 30

In-Season Rates Apply: June 18 - September 7
     Rooms 1-6: Lawn View  $130.00 /night (+6% state tax)
     Rooms 7-9: Lake View  $150.00 /night (+6% state tax)

Off-Season Rates Apply: May 28 - June 17; September 8 - Closing
     Rooms 1-6: Lawn View  $70.00 /night (+6% state tax)
     Rooms 7-9: Lake View  $85.00 /night (+6% state tax)

  • Rates: Based on two-person adult occupancy per night.
  • Children: 16 years or younger stay free when accompanied by an adult. Children 17 years and older will be charged at full adult rates.
  • Occupancy: A $10.00 + tax/per night additional fee will be charged for each adult exceeding the occupancy limit for your room.
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Balance: Due upon arrival.
  • Method of Payment: Personal check, money order, Visa/MasterCard (a $30.00 processing fee will be assessed on all returned personal checks).
  • Refunds: Deposit refunds will not be given or reapplied to alternate reservation dates if the changes or cancellations are not requested more than 3 weeks (21 days) in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather, early departure, or acts of God.
  • Check-In: 3:00pm or later. (Rooms will not be held without a deposit.)
  • Check-Out: 10:00am. (A $25.00 fee will be assessed for late check-out.)
  • Handling Fee: A $40.00 handling fee will be charged for all cancellations.
  • Booking Fee: A $50.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to hold all future reservations on the calendar. This fee will be applied to your visit at time of arrival.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets please.
